Planning Topics - Spring

Our theme during May to June 2019 is ‘Spring’. We aim to investigate and explore our surroundings. We will be encouraging the children to think about the seasonal changes around us and talk about their observations.

We will be working on our vegetable garden, planting seeds, dig over the soil, watering with watering cans and will also be talking about what a plant needs to grow; light, water, food and air.

We will look at the changes that are happening to the trees and compare them to how they were during the winter months.
